It is with immense gratitude and honor that we accept this grant from @mtishows @schooltheatre and star and creator of Suffs, @shainataub . This opportunity truly comes once in a lifetime for the theatre students of ASH and we are ridiculously excited to dig in to this meaningful and empowering material. We can’t wait to see you in March for Women’s History Month and SUFFS!

Sure, it’s the most wonderful time of the year – but during the holiday season, you have to be ready for anything. You never know when you might be trapped in an increasingly embarrassing family photo shoot; or haunted by ghosts who want to teach you life lessons; or cornered by carolers demanding figgy pudding when they really mean cash.  10 Ways to Survive the Holidays is a crowd-pleasing whirlwind tour through the hilarious  pitfalls that we all power through to make merry.

Hadestown is a Tony-winning musical that reimagines the Greek myth of Orpheus and Eurydice within a Great Depression-era, New Orleans-inspired setting. It follows starving artist Orpheus as he attempts to rescue his lover, Eurydice, from a brutal, industrialized underworld run by Hades. The show, featuring folk and jazz music, explores themes of love, doubt, and social injustice.
